Policy & Procedures

  • We accept all major credit cards. If we have quoted shipping costs, they are estimated and may vary at the time of shipping.
  • For Printed Books, unit Price includes Printing, Binding and Packing.
  • Shipping & Additional Services are estimated separately.
  • It is imperative that we know the date you need to have your books in hand. Please include the shipping time in your due date expectation.
  • We send you a complete BOUND Sample in 2 business days after you submit your files (Soft Cover Books Only).
  • Please add more time if you order Hardcover books with printed custom End papers, special custom Wrap covers and custom Foil Stamping.
  • We accept PDF or a source files. When creating a PDF of your files, include all Fonts and images embedded also check CYMK option. Please contact us for other file formats before you submit your files. At the time of quoting, we assume your files are print ready; otherwise, we need to set up your file and that may change the pricing and turn around time we have quoted you.
